"If your looking for personal attention don't bother going here...was treated like a number from Day 1. I got a text 1 day and told me they were going to call me at 3 PM to go over some new coverages to save me money and I never got the phone call and then when I called them back, They had no idea what I was talking about. Then, when I confirmed with them another appointment they were an hour late, but I should at least be grateful this that they called that time. I finally had enough when I got my new bill and it was raised over $150.00 so I switched to Progressive. I saved over $700 for the switch, and when I went to cancel They charged me an extra month anyway And when I got the refund check, it was only half of what they had basically stolen from me, When I called to ask why I only got half. I got nothing but attitude from Gracie so I will never recommend this place in particular ever again. I'm not sure Bobby Patterson even works there. I've never even talked to the guy."
